Aloka House Sabah participated in the 24Hr Metta via online
on the 28th December 2013. The session started at 8.30pm with a short Puja and
meditation before proceeding with the 1 hour Karaniya Metta Sutta chanting from 9pm to 10pm. There were 20 participants.
