5 DAYS RETREAT AT MITRAVILLE CONDUCT BY VEN MAHINDA 18 - 22 April 2016

Pleased to announce the upcoming event, a 5 Days Retreat led by Venerable Mahinda at Mitraville,Kundasang from 18th to 22nd April 2016.

The Retreat is open for registration. Please forward your email to alokasabah@gmail.com so that we can email the registration form.

Kindly note that all retreat participants are required to arrive at Mitraville latest 4pm on the 18th April 2016 (Monday) and the retreat will end on the 22nd April 2016 (Friday) after 2pm. For participant travelling from outside Sabah, please arrange to before 12noon on 18th April 2016 and return flight on the 22nd April 2016 after 6pm.

24HR METTA 2015 - ALOKA SABAH & BMSM (SABAH BRANCH) 20 DECEMBER 2015, 9AM - 10AM

SPECIAL ANNOUNCEMENT:

Aloka House Sabah would like to inform that our Sunday service on 20th December 2015 (Sunday) will start at 8.30am instead of 9am.

The change of time is due to Aloka Sabah together with BMSM (Sabah branch) will be participating in 24hr Metta 2015 off site chanting of Metta Sutta from 9am to 10am on the same day.

Do come and join us to "Be part of this major initiative in the practice of metta for world peace, harmony and stability!!!"

2015 WESAK DAY BLOOD DONATION DRIVE - 3 MAY 2015

Aloka Sabah and Pu Tou Si Buddhist Temple in collaboration with the Blood Bank of QEH are jointly organising a Blood Donation drive on Wesak Day as follows:
Date: 3 May 20015 (Sunday)
Venue : Pu Tou Si Buddhist Temple, Mile 5 1/2, Tuaran Road, Kota Kinabalu
Time: 8.00 am to 3.00 pm

All healthy men and women are welcome to donate blood to save life.
